I help women create ultimate mental & physical wellness through meditating on God's Word to renew our minds, learning how to apply His truths to our lives and taking care of our bodies the way He intends us to. As a grateful believer in Jesus, I encourage women to seek & know God and grow a deeper relationship with Him. I believe we all have a God-shaped hole in our hearts and I want to point you to the only One who can fill it. My love for Jesus & my passion for wellness as a holistic health coach collide in this podcast that shares the gospel, gospel literally means GOOD NEWS! Don’t we need more of that in today’s world? Join me and be encouraged as we chat about God’s love and how to take care of you! You will learn how to pair spirit-led health (mind, body, spirit) and action in understanding long-term health, food freedom, consistent energy, meal prepping and motivation to workout. On this weekly #wellnesswednesday episode, we have part 1 of the #Covid wellness series.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- 2 ways for you to do to have a Kingdom mindset and perspective
- We need to have a Kingdom mindset and perspective. That means we say: God’s will, God’s way.
- Pray and ask,” Father what are you doing here in this situation? And what do you want me to do in response?”
- What we think, do and pay attention to repeatedly over time shapes our mindset. It’s how our habits are created. What you focus on you move towards.
- “Every action you take is a vote for the person you wish to become” - James Clear
- The other factor is the environment that you’re in because that shapes what you’re thinking, doing and paying attention to. If we are constantly scrolling or reading the latest madness of the world, that can’t be good for our minds and souls.
- WHAT WOULD JESUS DO? What Jesus absolutely would be doing no matter what was happening in the world is spending time in solitude with His Father.
- 2 tips to disconnect from your phone more often.
- We can choose to see the pandemic as a wakeup call.
Scripture mentioned:
Romans 8:28
Proverbs 4:23-27
