- What does health mean to you?
- Is health something you currently invest your time in?
- What is your level of satisfaction in this area of your life?
- Are there things you know you should do to improve your health that feel challenging to follow through on?
- Do you listen to your body's needs and take action toward meeting them?
- What are your body's needs?
CHALLENGE THIS WEEK:
1. Reflection questions
2. Add fruits and/or vegetables to every meal
3. Choose one area you'd like to improve your nutrition this week: breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks - just one! Track what you're eating in that area and write down how it makes you feel.
