I help women create ultimate mental & physical wellness through meditating on God's Word to renew our minds, learning how to apply His truths to our lives and taking care of our bodies the way He intends us to. As a grateful believer in Jesus, I encourage women to seek & know God and grow a deeper relationship with Him. I believe we all have a God-shaped hole in our hearts and I want to point you to the only One who can fill it. My love for Jesus & my passion for wellness as a holistic health coach collide in this podcast that shares the gospel, gospel literally means GOOD NEWS! Don’t we need more of that in today’s world? Join me and be encouraged as we chat about God’s love and how to take care of you! You will learn how to pair spirit-led health (mind, body, spirit) and action in understanding long-term health, food freedom, consistent energy, meal prepping and motivation to workout. Today my super sweet Canadian friend Shawna Scafe from Simple on Purpose is sharing her testimony! Shawna is such a light in the world and an inspiration to me.
Shawna is a mom of three, practical minimalist, self-professed LadyNerd, and Christian Life Coach for moms.
About seven years ago she left her underwhelming career in Public Health Inspection to stay home with her kids. Which trained her to get very good at sweeping and 'saying no to that face'.
Since then she has been sharing about her (messy but rewarding) decluttering journey, the awakening she had that she was living her life on autopilot, and her endeavors to live her life ON PURPOSE.
This prompted her to write the Life on Purpose Workbook, and Homemaker, on Purpose.
Shawna coaches moms all over the world on issues that keep them stuck. Her mission is to empower women to show up for their actual lives with more peace, purpose and presence.
She believes that we are meant to make choices about what matter to us in life (like quality cheese, simplifying our lives, and being an intentional parent), and that God's grace covers everything.
