Do we need self care or soul care?
Don't get me wrong - I love me some self care sister, and I'm honestly pretty good about treating myself 😆 #sorrynotsorry
But what I really need, and what I think most of us need, is SOUL CARE.Â
(In my opinion, self care falls within the bucket of soul care but is secondary).
Â
What we need is to cleanse and refresh our souls from this crazy world, daily.
HOW?
Oh, come on. You know what I'm gonna say 🥰
The one and only way that gives true fulfillment.
GOD. JESUS. HOLY SPIRIT.Â
THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE.Â
Yes, girl, you know it.
So how do we do it?
You know this answer too!!
SPENDING TIME WITH OUR FATHER.
Yes and Amen.

How we start our day matters. There's power in that.Â
